How do I
book a court?
Simply download the app, browse the available facilities, choose your preferred court type (Indoor/Outdoor), select an open time slot, and confirm. It takes less than 60 seconds.
Do I need an
account to book?
Yes. Creating an account ensures your bookings are secured and allows you to track your match history, invite friends to split fees, and receive priority notifications.
Can I cancel
or reschedule?
Absolutely. You can modify or cancel your booking through the 'My Reservations' tab in the app. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance receive a full credit refund.
Is payment
required in advance?
For peak hours, we require in-app payment via credit card or digital wallet. Off-peak hours can be booked and paid for at the club reception upon arrival.
